A referral to us can be made by a social worker, you can contact social workers on 0151 233 3800 to arrange this.

A social worker will contact you to understand an assessment and then they will contact us.

We will arrange a visit to the centre nearest to where you live. This is an ideal opportunity to check out what's on offer, chat to the other people using our services, and for us to make details on what is required and how many days.

We would also use this opportunity to undertake a transport assessment if needed.

The Direct Payments Team who work at LCC will visit you to advise you on how the payments are arranged and set up.
